These terms govern your use of DateTayo. Please read them carefully.

What DateTayo Is

  • DateTayo lets you create personalized digital love letters and date invitations, then share a private link with your recipient so they can view and respond. Recipients don't need an account — anyone with the link can access the letter.

Your Account

  • You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. One account per person — don't share it or impersonate others.

Your Content

  • You own everything you create. By publishing, you give us permission to store and display your letters so the service can work.
  • Don't upload anything illegal, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that impersonates someone else.
  • We don't actively monitor letter content, but we may remove letters or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Our Stuff

  • The DateTayo name, logo, design, and code belong to us. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission.

Security & Liability

  • We encrypt your letter content and take reasonable steps to keep things safe, but no online service is 100% secure.
  • DateTayo is provided "as is" — we don't guarantee it'll be bug-free or always available. We're not liable for damages from your use of the platform or content created by others.

Termination & Changes

  • We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
  • We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use DateTayo after changes means you accept them.
