- Account info: your email address and username. If you sign in with Google, we also receive your name and profile photo from Google. We never see your Google password.
- Letter content and responses: everything you type, upload, or choose when creating or replying to a letter.
- Feedback: the message you send when you submit feedback.
- Basic technical data: IP addresses and server logs needed to keep the site running and secure.
- We use this data only to run your account, show letters to your recipient, display responses on your dashboard, and keep the platform working. We do not use your content for anything else.

What We Don't Collect
- We don't use analytics tools, tracking pixels, or fingerprinting. We don't build profiles of your browsing.
- We don't sell, rent, or share your personal info with advertisers or data brokers.
- We don't use cookies for tracking or ads — only the essential ones needed to keep you signed in.

Storage & Security
- Your letter content is encrypted before storage, and data in transit is also encrypted. Each letter uses its own unique key.
- Drafts may stay in your browser's local storage while you're creating a letter, so you won't lose your work between sessions.
- We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but no online service is 100% secure.
